Our residential dog waste removal plans start at an affordable $18 per week for 1 dog, based on a ¼-acre yard with backyard-only or front-yard-only service. Final pricing varies based on the number of dogs, service frequency, yard size, and whether you need front yard, backyard, or both areas cleaned.

Most of our weekly, twice-weekly, and bi-weekly plans also include a First Free Cleanup with select plan purchase.

Nope! You do not need to be home during your scheduled dog poop removal service. As long as our staff members have safe access to your yard — through an unlocked gate or agreed-upon entry point — we’ll take care of everything and leave your yard clean, all without disrupting your day.

If you have a protective or aggressive dog, we kindly ask that your dog be secured indoors or in another area of the yard during our visit to ensure the safety of both your pet and our team.

No problem! Most dogs are friendly and comfortable with our technicians. As long as our technicians have the time, the pups will get FREE playtime! If your dog is nervous or protective, we just ask that you bring them inside during the visit for everyone’s safety.

Yes! We understand that sometimes you may need an extra cleanup outside your regular schedule — and we’re happy to help!

Cleanups outside regular service days are ideal for:

• Special occasions (birthday parties, graduations, weddings, or family gatherings)

• Before or after events (barbecues, holidays, or backyard get-togethers)

• After vacations when extra buildup may occur

• Preparing your home for guests, showings, or open houses

These services are available to active Doggie Doodies customers in good standing (with no overdue payments) who hold an active subscription plan.

An additional service fee will apply, based on:

• The number of dogs

• The cleanup area(s) (backyard, front yard, or both)

• The total yard size

A personalized invoice will be provided and must be paid in full before the scheduled service date.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment, with a 10% processing fee deducted from the refund.

Please note:

• This option is not available for one-time cleanups.

• Existing discounts or promotions do not apply to these special-request services.

Yes, you can! If you need to pause your Doggie Doodies service temporarily, just let us know. When you’re ready to resume, your card on file will be reactivated, and a $25 reactivation fee will be applied.

This small fee helps cover the time needed to clean yards that may not have been serviced for a while and to reestablish your route in our schedule.

We understand that life happens — so we make it easy to pause and restart your service whenever you need, with no long-term commitments or hassle.

We get it — everyone needs a getaway now and then! If you’re going on vacation and won’t need service, just give us a heads-up at least 7 days in advance. We’ll place your service on hold and bank your missed visits as a Service Credit Balance on your account.

These credits can be used later — either at the end of your service or to schedule a bonus cleanup once you’re back home.

Please note, we do not issue refunds for vacation skips, but we make sure you still receive the full value of your plan. It’s our way of keeping things fair, flexible, and hassle-free while you’re away!

Yes. While we’re not veterinarians, our field technicians will note if we see anything unusual — such as diarrhea, mucus, blood, unusual stool color, or signs that a pet may need attention.We immediately message the customer so they can follow up with a licensed veterinarian if needed.
